State and Local Municipality Code of Conduct
 

Every sports team, parent, guardian, player, coach and official shall be required to abide by the Code of Conduct established by this organization and in conjunction with the Ordinance of the Borough of Pine Hill and the State of New Jersey.   

Every sports team, making use of a municipal facility, shall be required to provide to parents, guardians, players, coaches and officials a copy of this Code of Conduct. A copy of this Code of Conduct shall be posted at all municipal facilities used by youth sports teams.   

A. No parent, guardian, player, coach, or official participating in or attending any sports team event on a municipal facility shall initiate a fight, scuffle, or any type of physical abuse or threats of abuse towards any other player, coach, official, parent, guardian or spectator.   

B. No parent, guardian, or spectator participating in or attending any sports team event on a municipal facility shall enter the field of play, court or rink during any youth sports event for the purpose physically or verbally abusing or confronting players, coaches, officials.   

C. No parent, guardian, spectator, coach or official at any youth sports event shall throw or cause to be deposited any object on the field of play, court, or rink during any youth sports event.    

In accordance with New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice, a disorderly person shall constitute the following:   

No person shall, within the limits or bordering the limits of the borough, 3-11.1 et seq.   

1. Be intoxicated, drunk or disorderly in or about any public omnibus or conveyance… 

2. Use tobacco products at a recreational facility… 

2. Behave in a disorderly manner or loiter in any public place…..   

3. Utter any loud and offensive or indecent language or make offensive remarks to any person or person while being upon said public places.....   

4. Throw, discard or discharge any papers, posters, glass, metal, paint, stones, sticks, tin cans, garbage, debris, junk or refuse of any kind or any hard dangerous or offensive substance upon said public places.....   

5. Disrobe in any automobile, truck or vehicle while upon said public places.  PUBLIC PLACES MEANING OMNIBUS OR CONVEYANCE, STREET, THOROUGHFARE, SIDEWALKS, OR IN OR ABOUT ANY STORE, PRIVATE HOUSE, HOME, COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT, RESTAURANT OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENTS.   

Any parent, guardian, player, coach or official participating in any such event as stated above, will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.   

Any coach, player or official who participates in any such event as stated above, will also face suspension from the organization for a period to be determined by the Executive Board.
